Stir-Fry Prawns

Stir-Fry Prawns

First, get the equipment ready.

Next, get the ingredients.

Peel the ginger and slice into thin strips.

Next, segment the orange. Cut off each end of the orange and stand on a flat end. Then, carefully cut away the skin and pith from the orange. Holding the orange firmly, slice into a segment at the top and carefully cut it out. Cut out all of the segments. Finally, squeeze out the remaining juice.

Heat the oil in the wok on the hob, then stir in the ginger and strips of red pepper – cook for 1 minute.

Next, add the prawns and allow to cook for another minute.

Finally, stir in the orange segments and juice.
