Curry in a Hurry

Curry in a hurry

Brown the lamb with a little oil in a large saucepan.

Next, stir in rogan josh curry paste, sliced onion and crushed garlic. Allow this to cook for 2 minutes.

Then stir-in fresh and canned tomatoes – simmer again for another 2 minutes.

Finally add freshly chopped coriander.


Fry chopped onion, crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms with a little oil in a large saucepan.

Next, stir in curry paste and tomato puree.

Finally, add drained canned chickpeas and coconut milk and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

Chunky Soup

In this demonstration you will see vegetable soup being made. Soups are easy to make and can be made from lots of different ingredients.
