Crunchy Winter salad

Crunchy Winter salad

First, get the equipment ready.

Next, get the ingredients. 

Cut the core from the red cabbage and separate the leaves.

Next, make your fingers into a claw and shred the cabbage, using your fingers as a guide.

Arrange the strips around the edge of the dish. 

Next, cut away the top and bottom of the carrots, peel and grate. Place the grated carrot into the centre of the dish.

Cut away the top and bottom of the radishes and cut them into quarters, using the bridge hold.  Arrange these on top of the carrot.

Cut the apples into quarters. Carefully slice away the core, and then cut into chunks. Arrange the apple chunks over the salad.

Then, sprinkle over the sweetcorn and sultanas to make the salad look attractive.

Finally, drizzle over the dressing.
