Fantastic fish cakes

First, get the equipment ready.

Next, get the ingredients.

Place the oatcakes in the food bag.

Next, crush the oatcakes in the food bag.

Tip the crushed oat cakes onto the plate.

Place the cold mashed potato, cooked cod and frozen vegetables into the bowl.

Tear the parsley leaves into small pieces.

Next, mix everything together. Use the fork to help break up the fish.

Divide the mixture into four.

Place one portion on the chopping board.

Next, mould the portion into a round shape.

Repeat the process with the remaining portions.

The mixture can also be shaped into a fish.

Press each side of the cake into the oatcakes.

Next, place onto the baking tray.

Wearing oven gloves, place the fish cakes into the oven to bake for 20 -25 minutes.

Wearing oven gloves, remove the fish cakes from the oven.
